For all of my life, I have been fascinated by the depth and complexity of the soul.
So intangible, so seemingly out of reach, yet so entirely and innately valuable: You are with YOU one hundred percent of the time.

Energy Healer & Self Reclamation Advocate
Reiki Master & Shamanic Practitioner

I love to know people deeply, and moreover, to help them deepen their inner knowing of themselves.

And yet, we are scared to know ourselves in this way… to embark upon this journey of knowing, and loving, and reclaiming ourselves. It can be painful and confusing and overwhelming to try, and my goal (and purpose I believe) is to make this process a little more gentle, a little less lonely, and dare I say it: even a little more fun.

Deeply empathic from childhood, becoming a space holder was a given. It remains a passion and a privilege to be able to support the personal expansion of those who seek out my services. A psychotherapist first (and still currently), it was not until I entered into motherhood myself that I realized this personal truth: there were certain things that psychotherapy alone just couldn’t quite touch for me. While I largely credit it in the healing of my trauma, I began to seek additional methods for supporting my healing and self awareness journey.

My spirit kept reminding me: To truly embrace yourself, you must listen to that inner knowing and learn to love and hold space for all of your parts. This curiosity led me to this path of energy healing and integrative wellness.

So here I am ... a human person with a soul, seeking to offer what I have found.

I will probably always be on a continual journey of self-reclamation.

I will practice self-compassion (and I acknowledge that this won’t always be easy).

I know what it feels like to be othered, and innately, this means that you are not alone.

It is true that there is both power and healing in numbers.

I can remember a time when I felt so deeply confronted by my loss of self that those closest to me were painful to be around. Facing the truth of my experiences felt impossible to bear. Masks upon masks were worn: to hide from others, but truly, to also hide from myself. Returning to myself felt unsafe; compassion for myself felt out of reach. At that time, going inward to breathe or ground or meditate seemed like the opposite of what I needed. I hoped I could analyze things enough into a focused effort to reclaim myself.

“Connect to myself? But how do I literally put that into practice?”

When told to love ourselves, we are often left without instructions or role models. Finding ourselves denotes that we even knew who we were to begin with.

But what is the alternative? I wondered. You are with YOU one hundred percent of the time. If you can’t seek to know and love yourself, how can you possibly receive that from others?

So, on my own path, and with the help of many great teachers, mentors, and healers, I turned over every rock that felt scary, sad, or dark. I learned tools for integrating my experiences and transmuting shame.

My offerings as an energy worker and therapist, as well as the practices and experiences that I offer are a product of continual training combined with my personal experience of healing.

There are truly a multitude of paths that can bring you back home to yourself.

I’d love to guide and support you in walking along this portion of your journey.

Experience

During my traditional psychotherapeutic training, I have been privileged to work in a wide variety of settings, from inpatient hospitals, residential treatment centers, and in-home outpatient care (during undergraduate), to trauma and addiction-focused clinical work and supported housing during graduate school, and most currently in a private practice setting since 2019. This work has lent to experience and my passion for supporting clients in healing from complex trauma, substance misuse, anxiety, low self-worth, people-pleasing, as well as co-dependency.

Following my traditional psychotherapy training, I have had the benefit and pleasure of healing, learning, and training under some incredibly gifted energy healers. After completing a year long spiritual mentorship under a Certified Hypnotherapist and Past Life Regressionist (IACT), Holy Fire® and Karuna Reiki® Master, and Vibrational Sound Therapy Certified Practitioner (VSA)

I completed my USUI Reiki Level One and Two training and certification in 2022. Following a six month integration period, including supervised practice, I completed my advanced training and certification in Holy Fire® Reiki Mastery in 2023. More recently, I traveled to Portugal in 2024 where I completed and received my Accredited Shamanic Practitioner Certification which is internationally accredited with the International Energetic Healing Association.

I continue to deepen the inner knowing of myself through regular sessions with my own psychotherapist, as well as ongoing mentorship and consultation with my Reiki and Shamanic teachers.

Specialties & Additional Training

During my time in private psychotherapy practice, I completed additional training in the Gottman Method for couple’s therapy, the IFS (Internal Family Systems) model, as well as sand tray therapy. In addition, I have extensive trauma-informed training. Integrative methods of healing have also guided my personal training in the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT tapping), although I am not yet a practitioner, as well as in tarot reading and interpretation. While I do not offer these services personally, my clients often report benefiting from this prior knowledge and experience.

Many of my clients describe themselves as “newly awakening.”

Some are looking for new options because they have struggled to find the right fit for their wellness needs.

Others are new to self awareness and personal expansion altogether but consider themselves holistic minded or curious.

They all want to feel heard, supported, and understood… a place to come and be their transparent selves.

My clients value my sense of humor, empathy, and relatability, as well as my efforts to provide tangible support and long- term results.

Who do I work with?

I currently work with individuals (ages eighteen and older). I offer both energy healing services (meditation, mindfulness, Reiki, and Shamanic Arts), as well as  traditional psychotherapeutic services (counseling).
